This year has made us all a little more creative in the kitchen. At least it has for me! At the start of things looking pretty bad due to Covid-19 I made a personal choice. I was not going to eat out any longer. I wanted to focus on my nutrition in a way I really never had before. I did tons of research and found what worked best for me.
